This rental rate excludes bills but includes water rates. This is a very cosy house.

There are 3 double bedrooms and a downstairs shower room off the kitchen.
There is a carpeted cellar, perfect for storage.
There is a gravelled back garden for ease of maintenance.
Car parking permits on road are available from the council.
We would help a group of students to set up accounts with utility providers.
Paying your own bills does work out cheaper than paying an inclusive rental.
We would prefer a group of 3 tenants but would accept 2 with a view to finding one more person ourselves.
